ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR TEACHER COMMUNITY

I organized a professional learning experience that connected our community members from all over the country. It brought together education's most forward-thinking advocates, practitioners of change and math lovers. Over two days I arranged for a wide breadth of content for teachers to engage in. They were inspired by colleagues, involved in workshops, brainstormed new teaching practices and collaborated to change the face of education. 98% of attendees said they would recommend the event to a colleague.

PRODUCE AND CREATE CONTENT FOR WEBINARS

I managed a cross-functional team of marketing, development, and learning to create webinars and content marketing for teachers. I determined what content would be most beneficial by analyzing support ticket data, visiting classrooms, monitoring forums and regularly checking in with our teachers. I worked with colleagues, experts in the field and did extensive research to develop webinars to support our community.

GROWTH MINDSET RESOURCES

I worked closely with teachers and students to develop lesson plans that promoted a Growth Mindset and focused on Social-Emotional Learning. I developed content (lesson plans, resources, PD) by employing a teacher-center designed process that is doubling student growth in mathematics. I was able to increase customer retention 19% by identifying customer needs and creating personalized professional development through gap analysis, using support tickets and teacher focus group data to drive better performance for districts.
